JDF Services technician applying stucco texture to an exterior wall

About

One crew, eleven trades

JDF Services Inc is a construction and restoration contractor working across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, for homeowners, realtors and property managers.

Why we self-perform everything

Most remodeling companies are coordinators. They win the job, then hire out the demolition to one company, the drywall to another and the tile to a third, and spend the project trying to line up calendars that were never theirs to control. When something goes wrong, each trade points at the one before it.

We built JDF Services the other way. Demolition, framing, drywall, texture, paint, tile, flooring and stucco are all done by our own crew. The person who opens the wall is the person who closes it, and there is exactly one company answering for how the finished room turned out.

What that changes

Handoffs are where jobs break

A bathroom remodel touches seven trades inside a few square feet. Every handoff between them is a chance for the schedule to slip, for a surface to be left in the wrong condition for the next step, or for a detail to fall between two companies who each thought it belonged to the other.

Removing those handoffs is not a slogan for us. It is the reason our estimates hold and the reason we can tell you what happens next without making a phone call first.

What to expect

Four things we hold to

The same on a one room repaint and on a full interior rebuild.

01

An estimate that holds

We price from what is actually on site, after walking the space. That is why the number at the end usually matches the number at the start, and why we would rather turn a job down than guess at it over the phone.

02

A schedule that moves

Because every trade is ours, nothing sits waiting on a subcontractor who took another job. The crew that starts your project is the crew that finishes it.

03

A house you can still live in

Containment, floor protection on the route in and out, and cleanup at the end of each day. Most of our work happens in occupied homes, so this is not an extra.

04

A punch list that gets closed

We walk the finished job with you and fix what you point out before calling it done. The last ten percent is where most remodels go wrong, and it is the part we care most about.

Free estimates, no pressure. Tell us what you need done and we will walk the space and give you a number you can plan around.
